Went in to have my 2019 F150 transmission issue diagnosed. I was told that I needed a $7k rebuild. Spoke to Ford who reached out to you guys for some info. They were told that you were not willing diagnosed. I was told that I needed a $7k rebuild. Spoke to Ford who reached out to you guys for some info. They were told that you were not willing to help me any longer and I should find another dealer. Funny thing. I got the software updated and it’s working fine now. You almost conned me out of $7k. I will be reporting this to every agency I can think of. You tried to rob me! More

We had shopped the same car with the same trade-in an 3 Ford dealerships and freehold ford gave us the best price and the most money for our trade-in right off the bat without having to do “the dance”.
