Oblivious to legal repercussions behind big corporate Dodge trucks have numerous and dangerous issues with front end ,go to YouTube and type in dodge death wobble.dodge knows this problem, yet does nothing Dodge trucks have numerous and dangerous issues with front end ,go to YouTube and type in dodge death wobble.dodge knows this problem, yet does nothing to address it..well, almost nothing.they observed some models with u clamps holding steering dampener to drag link basically because they just simply fall off.the others like mine, are still on the road a hazard to anyone near these trucks. I took my truck in for recall in October 2015 for left tie rod.apparently of all the 2006 ram 2500 trucks mine is not one they observe in recall, how convenient it must be for them.. In fact, they allowed my truck to leave there facility with the tie rod separating from the socket, I never would have found out until it was to late if it was not for the fact I took truck in to a local shop on park Ave for wheel balance due to a bad shimmy..this is the 3rd one to go bad..the first one sent me into on coming traffic on rt 33 ..I conveyed all this information to freehold dodge and they could care less..also Google dodge death wobble class action lawsuit and see if you can find this post to be an exaggerated complaint.. Like I said, they hide behind there lawyers and leave people in harms way .. True story google everything I posted and see for yourself, and beware of these vehicles you ride next to.. I purchased the vehicle in review at this freehold dodge location. Freehold dodge offers no help just excuses.. More
Seriously Tried to call multiple times to get an appointment, once I was transferred to the service department the phone just rang and rang and rang forever. No Tried to call multiple times to get an appointment, once I was transferred to the service department the phone just rang and rang and rang forever. No one ever answered. Figured I would drive down there because I already knew what was wrong with my truck and *knew* it was covered under warranty. After standing there at the service desk waiting for someone to even acknowledge I existed, I was told they don't accept my warranty. My warranty is a dodge warranty named Portfolio....what a joke! I then got a lecture on how it's not time productive to try and use their own warranty. Thanks but I didn't ask/care about how you get your money. I just need my truck fixed. Man behind the service desk was rude and pushy about the whole thing. No name tag, no smile. Never going back there again! More
Walked into the dealership for an oil change on my 2012 RAM 1500 and walked out with a 2014 RAM 1500. Mark Boyce was my sales associate and never once tried to sell me a truck. He answered every question RAM 1500 and walked out with a 2014 RAM 1500. Mark Boyce was my sales associate and never once tried to sell me a truck. He answered every question I asked and took time to full understand my intentions. When I asked him to run some numbers for me, they came back within my price range and I was more than willing to purchase this new truck. Brought vehicle in for non starting issue four times and they could not fix it but charged me. My warranty states that I should get a loaner car but of course they never have it. They stated it is difficu they could not fix it but charged me. My warranty states that I should get a loaner car but of course they never have it. They stated it is difficult to diagnose if not a Dodge dealership then who should be able to fix their vehicles. Do not purchase any vehicles here or have them serviced here. This is not my first bad experience with them, first was the recall on the front brakes when I was told that I would need to wait an indeterminate amount of time while they got them. After a month the brakes were done and of course this caused the rear brakes to wear which they admitted but refused to fix. The only way to get them to do their jobs is to call cooperate. I would stay far away from Freehold Dodge Rob F More
