Awful service So I go in to see a vehicle that I found online that looked great. Upon seeing it, I noticed that the pictures they used were from a completely differ So I go in to see a vehicle that I found online that looked great. Upon seeing it, I noticed that the pictures they used were from a completely different vehicle and the actual vehicle was trashed and dirty beyond belief. While bargaining with them for this filthy piece of junk, I offer what I believe was a fair deal based on my prior assessment of the vehicle. The "manager" that I spoke with repeatedly countered with several offers with not even seeing the condition of the vehicle! After seeing its current condition, they state that they must pass the vehicle through the "garage" because it obviously needed a ton of work. They told me they would call me 2 days later with an update, after not receiving a call, I call them 3 days later to check on its status. They apologize and say they do not know anything yet and will give me a call the next day. I do not receive a call and again, call them 2 days later. Finally, I get a response that it needed more work than expected and they would give me a call in a week with an update. Now, I was very interested in this vehicle because it was the exact size (rare) I was looking for. One week later on Tuesday, as they stated, I received a call saying that the vehicle would be back in their possession on the following day (Wednesday). I was excited and politely asked what time the initial salesperson (not the manager) that I used came in to insure he received credit for the sale. The young lady on the phone told me when he was coming in and that was the exact time I entered the building. Upon arrival, I encountered the same manager from my first experience. I politely asked to see the vehicle following its recent repairs and he gave me the keys and told me to take it on a test drive. I operated it for a solid 10-20 minutes, ensuring all its previous flaws were appropriately handled and the vehicle was in a satisfactory working state. I arrived at the dealership and took another 10-20 minutes to inspect all interior and exterior components, once again to guarantee their functionality. I was satisfied that all standards were met and I re-entered the dealership, prepared to make a deal. Upon entering, I once again encountered the same manager and he quickly said "This guy just bought it" and pointed at another customer. I initially thought it was a joke but quickly learned that he was 100% serious. THEY SOLD THE VEHICLE WHILE I WAS TEST DRIVING IT. They did not even have the common decency to wait until I returned so that I could make a deal, considering I was there first and OUT WITH THE VEHICLE. They pulled it out from under my feet and sold it while I was not present, although I was fully prepared to make a deal. I immediately ask to speak to the owner and let him hear it, he did not take me seriously and only was able to fire back with jokes and insults. I understand that this is a business but I have never seen or heard of such an incident. Acting with poor customer service and unprofessional business practices are an understatement. I have purchased numerous cars in my life time but never dealt with anything like this. The whole experience, from start to finish was an absolute nightmare, from trying to get ripped off to being treated like absolute xxxx, this dealership is as bad as it gets. More
