He had a VERY tight budget and John was the only one to honor his budget and not upsell us to a more expensive used car. We agreed on a great price with John and Nick was great to work with filling out and signing all of the paperwork. Lastly, Kim was amazing, too. She kept us updated as we traveled 1 1/2 hours to the dealership about the status of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and even went out to the car to make sure it didn't have a smoke smell. Terrible sales management Came in to purchase a used vehicle they had listed for sale. The salesman who helped me was excellent and very helpful. I told him I was interested in the vehicle and asked if they could check out a noise I heard in the front end while on the test drive. He said no problem and would call me the next day with what they found. I called the day after and he told me he had bad news about the vehicle. Apparently it needed tires and management decided to not fix it and send it to auction. I told him I was still wanted the vehicle and he informed me it was already on it's way to auction. What kind of management doesn't even give the customer a chance to buy a vehicle when they really wanted it!! All it needed was a set of tires!! Unfortunately they have permanently lost me as a future customer and many others I know too!! More

He ordered me water, we took a test drive which was smooth and enjoyable and he answered all the question I walked in and met Roger who was amazing!
