Class from a dealership to their customers! I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a ne I walked onto Freehold Dodge just to “look at” a white Dodge Durango that has caught my eye for weeks. By no means was I even looking to purchase a new car let alone an SUV! Gary walked outside and greeted me and I figured I’d get the whole car salesman pitch and figured I’d have a hard time walking away. We had some small talk about the Durango and he asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I told him I was just interested in just looking at the truck. He said we will go for a test drive to see if you like it and as much as I didn’t want to, I did! Gary was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no high-pressure sales pitches it felt very comfortable conversing with him even knowing I was not going in to buy a new car. I left the dealership with a great feeling and best experience I have ever had in a dealership. I asked him how long the offer was good for he gave me a time frame and I left. Gary was a first-class gentleman with everything he offered me and what my payment was for a finance and it was just an offer I could not refuse. Again, one of the most relaxing comforting and no pressure easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Gary cut out all the back and forth that most dealers do making like they are working with you. He just came back with a great offer and it was to hard to resist! The whole dealership is one of a kind. Everyone there was kind helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be bringing all my business to this dealership from now on. Thank you very much for making me a very happy and satisfied customer. Gary even called to see how I love my new Durango and that was a great feeling to know they still care even when you leave the dealership. Now that is class from a dealership to their customers! Very honest and down to earth guys I am a general contractor and I had a Dodge Ram 3500 repaired there about 6 months ago and I was very satisfied. I then bought a Dodge Durango which w I am a general contractor and I had a Dodge Ram 3500 repaired there about 6 months ago and I was very satisfied. I then bought a Dodge Durango which was used and we got it for a great price. And just last week I purchased a Subaru Outback and they were great to work with. I now may purchase a Jeep Wrangler from them once they find the one I’m looking for. Highly recommend them if you want honesty and respect. More

The salesmen I dealt with were great and up front and honest. They make you feel comfortable right from the start. They had no problems answering all my questions even if I thought they were dumb questions Bryan assured me no question was dumb and had no problem answering them. If he didn't know the answer he found someone who did. I've dealt with dealerships in the past and it can be a long drawn out ordeal but not here their is no stretching it out just honest up front get to well you know the real number. And they work with you. So I got my new Dodge Ram and I couldn't be any happier. Thank you so much and personally like to thank Bryan aka Hollywood Hughes for a easy going and knowledgable experience. Also Brian Hynes for getting me in their and making it happen. Bad communication So on feb 25th I spoke with kim Thomas via email about a truck they have for sale. They had just got the truck in and had a few things to take care of So on feb 25th I spoke with kim Thomas via email about a truck they have for sale. They had just got the truck in and had a few things to take care of. So we made a appointment for feb 28th at 430pm. I drove 45 min to look at the truck but when I got there the salesman(Morton Brach) looked the truck up and said I dont know why kim told you to come it's not ready to show. He brought the truck out anyway and I glanced over it and understood it needed to be detailed and all. He said it wont be ready to next week. So I said can we take it for a ride to see how it goes to see any major issues and all so I wont wait around another week to find that out. He said we cant because of a windshield issue and insurance wont allow that. I emailed kim 2 times and no reply! ( that was the way we spoke all week) my recommendation would be to not deal with kim if she dont even know of the trucks are ready to show or not.. More
