We purchased a used Honda Pilot, that which the salesman Bryan told us “we will guarantee the inspection”, which was needed in PA I order to get PA tags. We took it immediate today to a PA Honda dealer for Bryan told us “we will guarantee the inspection”, which was needed in PA I order to get PA tags. We took it immediate today to a PA Honda dealer for the inspection. They did the inspection and could not pass it as it needed needed $1,900 worth of work to ensure road safety before the car would pass PA State inspection. We called Bryan and communicated the status that which he didn’t believe us, they refused to speak with the inspection tech and refused to make good on the “we guarantee the inspection” that which was mention 2 if not 3 times while we were in the process of buying the car. Tonight we drove an hour back in snowy weather and returned the car. I recommend that if you want to do business with a reputable car dealer— do not shop here! More
