We had been having a difficult time matching up the perfect Durango with the best deal we were looking for. Although Freehold Dodge was three hours away from where we live in PA, we are so glad we took the chance and drove down to make our purchase at Freehold Dodge! They had two perfect cars (super clean cars inside and out) unlike other dealerships we visited! The sales associate that we were assigned (Roger D) was extremely helpful in every aspect of helping us make our decision. As much as Freehold had the perfect car for us, Roger D. was super knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire purchasing process from start to finish and he made us feel very confident about our purchase. (I can only imagine that all the sales associates are held to the same standards as our sales associate, so you probably would be fine with any of them.) The inside of the showroom is super-clean, nicely decorated for the upcoming President's Day holiday and very inviting. There is a nice selection of vehicles inside the showroom as well as on their lot. We didn't feel rushed with our buying process, and we were even offered snacks and a drink! We left with the dealership feeling great about the experience and we would recommend Freehold Dodge/Ram to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! Freehold Dodge and Roger Domis are GREAT! I was recently in an auto accident and needed a new car, I locked in on a 2014 Dodge Challenger that was listed online at a great price. I called an I was recently in an auto accident and needed a new car, I locked in on a 2014 Dodge Challenger that was listed online at a great price. I called and was told that the car had a deposit but if it was released i would get a call. To my surprise and excitement, I got a call/text from Debbie(From the internet team) a couple of days later that the deal went through, the deposit was released, and the car was ready for sale again. I ran over to the dealership(sent my parents early to basically lay on the car for me until I was able to leave from work). From there Roger Domis took care of me like I was his own son. No pressure, no nonsense. I prefer to have my family mechanic look at the cars I buy, I trust him, but it has cost me a few cars over the years because most dealerships wont let you take a car off the lot to be inspected. Well, not only did Freehold Dodge let me take it off the lot to be inspected, I was able to take it to my mechanic over 15 miles away. That is how I knew I had the right dealership and the right salesman. After the inspection, my mechanic told me if I didn't buy this car he would, so I knew I was getting something great. When I returned Roger walked me through everything(it was my first non-cosigned car buying experience). I left my down payment that night, came back the next afternoon to finish signing papers and to pick her up. They detailed her beautifully and gave her a full tank of gas. Roger went above and beyond for me and he will for you too! I highly recommend Freehold Dodge and especially Roger Domis to anyone in the area in need of a new or used car! More
