I had originally set an appointment with Freehold Dodge service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. service for my passenger side mirror to be replaced on Sept 28, 2020. I told them what the problem was and they told me they would order the mirror. I then switched the apt for Oct 2, 2020 which they accommodated me with. I took this day off without pay so I could get it done. I spoke to 3 separate people in the interim. So I go to the dealer service center to have it done and low and behold they don't have my mirror in. It was never ordered. The service guy then tells me that the part would have to be paid up front to order the mirror. You would think that one of the 3 service people I spoke with would have told me that info. what a complete incompetent service this turns out to be. I told the guy why would I have set an appt. if I had known this tiny bit of information (sarcasm). I am so pissed off with this lack of incompetent service. Oh. you would think out of common courtesy the guy would have apologize for the mix up, no! I guess its not in their DNA or they just don't really care about their customer after all. More

We had 5k cash on hand for a down payment, a credit score of ove Extremely unprofessional Manager. We went there tonight hoping to buy this Durango. We had 5k cash on hand for a down payment, a credit score of over 709 but not enough credit history which we understood it would be a challenge. The Manager wanted to finance the car through their bank at 17% and that was ridiculous I think he wanted to get some sort of prize or commission by pushing this bank to us at a ridiculous rate. Then he said Capital One wanted 10k down. We said no to both and simply asked to reach out to other banks, he simply got up and said NO there's nothing to do then. The level of un professionalism is beyond ridiculous, this man is a clear example of horrible customer service, during almost the worst time in the economy in MANY decades this guy treats people like this? People try other places, there's a millions dealers out there that will treat you and value your business more than these guys. PS: We contacted Capital One Auto Finance and they said an application in our name was never submitted!!!
