Very attentive from the start. When I asked a question Anthony politely stated he would check and immediately returned with the information. From that point on his customer service skills exceeded my expectations. He worked with me through the trade in process purchase and back and forth numbers until we reached a Deal ! At no time did I ever feel pressured or anxious which was such a positive experience. He assisted me with pairing my iphone explained the dashboard and when he said I could call him if I had any further questions I an honestly say I know he meant it !!!
