My service advisor was not great about keeping me up to date about what was going on with my Jeep. I found myself needing to call him, rather than him ever calling me. My car was at the dealership for ma date about what was going on with my Jeep. I found myself needing to call him, rather than him ever calling me. My car was at the dealership for many weeks waiting for parts. During that time, there was body damage done to it, which was allegedly not noticed by the dealer. I then received some push back about having it fixed, which was very frustrating. In the end my vehicle was returned to me in good condition, but the whole process was frustrating maddening. More
The service I had at Freehold Chrysler and Jeep was great, other than the gentleman receiving the vehicles at that time. However the service department was overall great, including the ladies at the co great, other than the gentleman receiving the vehicles at that time. However the service department was overall great, including the ladies at the counter. The vehicle was serviced/repaired and returned clean as it was brought in. The engine compartment where most of the work was done was very neat and clean almost as if it had just come out of the factory. Our service advisor Will, was very detailed, great communication and fair. We got the vehicle back within a couple days after doping it off. As of right now - a week later the vehicle is running great so I'm convinced they tackled all that needed to be addressed. Having most of the work done covered by the extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle initially helped me being satisfied, but I know they did a great job. More
Went through all the issues needed to fix Van and made an attempt to call , car shield for some help on the repairs , end result they denied everything, so I cancelled them. My salesperson Eric was wonderful. It was a rainy, busy Saturday but Eric and Jose worked quickly and got me in my new Jeep the same day. Over the course of the past four months, I've had to bring my Jeep in for service on three separate occasions, investing approximately $3,000 in the recommended repairs. To my dismay, these recommended fixes failed to address the root issue. It was disheartening to hear that the unsettling noise coming from my three-year-old car was deemed "normal" and something I would have to endure. Moreover, I found myself having to reach out to the parts department on three separate occasions to seek confirmation regarding the arrival of the parts for which I had prepaid. To my growing frustration, it was only after my third call, five weeks later, that the parts representative finally unearthed the revelation that the parts had been relegated to a special order storage area, leaving me questioning the efficiency of the process. This whole experience has been particularly disheartening, especially when compared to the exceptional service I had previously received from a different service department. More
