I had a 930 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 4 o’clock. I called the service desk again can never answer any questions. The last visit I had my car was kept overnight and I talk to Mr. Hess who said it’s because I added on, and actually the problem was a part was sitting there, and nobody knew it knowing this part was going to take hours to put in they went ahead, and did it without telling me. Mr. Hess. Told me maybe I should go somewhere else to have my service done not knowing I bought into the pre-paid service plan and the continuous customer service plan for warranty service.
