Our sales associate, Tom was very knowledgeable and made finding my new car a breeze. He was so patient and attentive when working with me to find the right car. In addition, the sales and general managers, Jose and CJ were just as wonderful and worked with me to get the best deal for my 2024 Compass. The finance manager, Eric, was very thorough when going over the paperwork and answered any questions I had. Without question, I would recommend Freehold Jeep & Chrysler! More

Second purchase from FJ. Smaller and more personalized attention. John was very helpful and accommodating. We worked hard on both purchases. Smaller and more personalized attention. John was very helpful and accommodating. We worked hard on both purchases. More

Worse dealership ever. They stated it would not be covered under the warranty and I had to pay out of pocket 2,000. Everyone at the dealership agreed I should not be responsible and I should contact customer service for them to approve the coverage. I contacted Jeeps customer service, who by the way refused to connect me to a representative located in the United States. Jeep’s customer service stated they will not fix it because they cannot prove that I did not remove my bumper and detatch my own headlight to melt the lightbulb in my headlight. After a back and forth of me stating why in Earth or even how on earth I could even do that, they kept avoiding my response and kept insisting they will set up an appointment for me to pay for the services out of pocket. At this point I have given up and continue to drive my vehicle with the fog lights on until it’s time to turn in the lease. By the way it has been 2 weeks and the same customer service agent has been harassing me nonstop. More
