I'll start by saying that the reason we even went to Freehold Chrysler/Jeep, since we live in Toms River, was because we heard a commercial on the radio for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, no money down and $299 Freehold Chrysler/Jeep, since we live in Toms River, was because we heard a commercial on the radio for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, no money down and $299/mo lease payment!! When we got there we were greeted by an extremely personable gentleman, before we even entered the building, who introduced himself as Frankie. We explained our plight and he immediately took us under his "wing" and worked with us to try and reach our goal of leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee for under $300/mo. We immediately felt comfortable with Frank and didn't feel the stereotypical "car salesman jargon", but rather a sincere, no BS approach to our plight. I know that Frankie is doing everything in his power to help us with the end result of providing a "white" Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo for a payment that we are comfortable with. Our experience at Freehold Chrysler/Jeep yesterday was so pleasurable thanks to Frank that we would have no hesitation in recommending him and this dealership to our family and friends here in Toms River. Freehold Jeep is a great, friendly dealership! I was there on a very busy Saturday afternoon, but they still found time to meet, greet and assist all of their customers. Salesman Frank Lorence (big guy with an even bigger personality! lol) helped me find the perfect used Jeep Liberty as my daughter's first car. He took me for a test drive and gave me a great price. The transaction was smooth and since I made the purchase by myself, Frank even arranged for the transport of the 2010 Jeep Liberty to my driveway!!! He actually led the way to my home so that he could return the driver of my new car to her destination. Better service you could not ask for! Last, but not least, I must mention that Edward Reardon (Business Manager) has the greatest personality and is a pleasure to deal with when finalizing the financial details of an auto purchase. I went to four different car dealers in my recent search for a vehicle before I ended up at freehold Chrysler and jeep. He gave me the run down on all the Cherokees and answered any question I threw at him. It was very refreshing to speak to a car salesman that actually knew the product he was selling, rather than asking that standard salesman question "are you ready to buy the vehicle tonight?" before he even informs you about the car or most importantly the price... Kenny is very knowledgable about the vehicles they sell at the dealership and is very invested in his craft. What impressed me most about Kenny was that he was very personal when we spoke and he made me feel comfortable, kind of like I was speaking to a friend. Kenny was able to work up a good price on a jeep Cherokee that both of us agreed on and were happy about.
