The manager John Hess is nice, but the majority of service advisors are low end & seem to do everything in their power to be unhelpful. This was the 7th time I had to bring my car in for the same issu service advisors are low end & seem to do everything in their power to be unhelpful. This was the 7th time I had to bring my car in for the same issue over a span of a two years. It was fixed by going through corporate when it should have been fixed WHILE under warranty (my first time bringing in the vehicle on this concern). I am particularly not a fan of my most recent advisor, Will. Lastly, why is there only one person at the brach who can make a service appointment? There have been several time where "she is not available" so I left a message and did not hear back.... we're in 2023, why is only one person able to make appointments? More
