My first time using the Service Department at Glenn Freedom and all I can say is WOW! Eldon is the BEST and is so friendly and knowledgeable about Jeeps. I felt like a VIP the short time I was there an Freedom and all I can say is WOW! Eldon is the BEST and is so friendly and knowledgeable about Jeeps. I felt like a VIP the short time I was there and wouldn’t dream of taking my Jeep anywhere else now. It was sooo convenient to schedule my service appointment online, and select the services that I needed in advance; I even had to add something after my initial scheduling and the person that took my call added it to my appointment without a problem. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in any service department EVER. More
Where do i start? Well my first experience here was not terrible i would say it was not 100% perfect but it wasnt terrible. I had purchased a used mercedes off them and got a good deal. Had it delivered to me in West Virginia. There was a issue with the car when it got to me the break rotors where damaged and sqealing extremely bad they agreed to split this with me and gave me a check for one rotor. Not my ideal solution when purchasing a 60k car it would expected to be road ready. I moved on. They had offered me a good deal at ordering a jeep product at 4% under invoice. So I decided to order a 4xe wrangler as well. I had additional trade in for this deal so they sent a driver to come get it. One the way back to there dealership they blew the motor in the car up. voided the check they had given me for the car prior to them calling me to tell me that it was blown up. They had it towed back and left on my drive with a completely blown motor. I spoken to several members of the management team and they refused to help. On the last interaction i had with management team i was told the gm would call be. It has been week and i never received any sort of call or follow up from the general manager. Unwilling to do anything i decided to cancel my 4xe order since i was out the money to put a new motor in my car. I was met with resistance there again. My sales man was helpful though out the process i can say that much. I would stay far away from here if possible More
I only gave that because I had to. This place is shiesty and I don’t recommend anyone to buy the lemons they sell or deal with their dishonest business antics. Edited to add: We had an issue with the vehicle (Torque converter and shift linkage cable needed replaced along with hardly any oil in the vehicle) only a few days after our purchase. I spoke to both David and Steve and they essentially said I was on my own and would not be able to assist us with any repairs or expenses we will be out for these repairs/replacements. Also, the CarFax we received at the time we were looking at the vehicle did not disclose that the torque converter had already been replaced once at 35,000 miles. **BUYER BEWARE: All aftermarket warranties that Glenn’s Freedom offers does not “kick-in” or activate until 30 days have passed since your purchase. For this reason, unfortunately we will be responsible for any repairs to our vehicle. Lessons learned: Do not trust the CarFax that they provide to you-Request the previous owners number to inquire about any previous issues-Get a third-party inspection on the vehicle before purchasing-Inquire about the warranty you’re purchasing so that you know when protection begins, ends and what it covers.** In a matter of minutes, David Kubilus got us the keys to view and test drive the vehicle we purchased. While test-driving the vehicle he explained all of the features that the vehicle offered and answered any questions that we had. We decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle and David guided us through that process seamlessly as well. Steve Byrnes in the finance department searched for the lowest interest rate and best terms to fit our needs. We were very pleased with our experience and thankful for both David and Steve. More
