Jeff is a phenomenal salesman. He actually listened to what we were saying and did everything in his power to make the deal happen. We gave him some significant challenges (that other dealerships weren't what we were saying and did everything in his power to make the deal happen. Matter of fact I found 7 cars , 3 of them where 09;s. Really would like to know why the need of a grand slam with this used car. What a shame for what i thought was a reputable dealership. Oh well i'm sure others have taken the bait. Just wanted a fair shake and a fair deal but it does not look like one can get one at Freedom Dodge. When i first arrived i was approached by a sales woman, don't remember her name, but could tell it was going to be a bad experience when she didn't know the difference between a charger and a challenger. don't remember her name, but could tell it was going to be a bad experience when she didn't know the difference between a charger and a challenger. She wasted my time by telling me features that were only available on the charger when i was only interested in the challenger. She then introduced me to her manager who introduced himself as Big Country! Not very professional if you ask me. They then spent another 20 minutes checking out my trade-in only to offer a 1/3 of what it the trade in value should have been. I got 3 times the amount at the dealership i bought from. I was so mad and fed up with the experience that i immediately walked out. I don't know why anyone would ever buy a car from this place!! More
