good experience I've taken my Chrysler 200 in for service twice now and both times have had really good service. The young man that helped me today was named Alex. He was courteous, helpful, bent over backwards so I wouldn't have to spend money unnecessarily. I had a great experience the last time too. It was a different young man. I don't remember his name but he had reddish brown hair if that helps. Both times the car was serviced quickly, they called me immediately to tell me it was ready to be picked up. Compared to my previous experience at another dealership in McKinney, these guys are really on top of things. More

Service I am highly disappointed in the service department and their actions today. I took my car in to have it checked because I had the check engine light I am highly disappointed in the service department and their actions today. I took my car in to have it checked because I had the check engine light and abs light come one. I was NEVER told that there would be any charge. I even called and left a message with Sam, the person handling my vehicle, to ask about charges and never received a phone call back. When I called back 2 hours later I was told they were still diagnosing it and she would call me back in an hour. Again, I had to call her and was told by someone else the car was ready and what I owed. I should have been told up front about charges so that I had the option of leaving my car there or not. But I wasn't. I was kept out of the loop. And to make matters worse the manager of the dealership said Sam told him a different story. Essentially calling me, the customer, a liar! They made NO attempt to rectify the situation. Although, I was pleased with my vehicle and buying experience at the time this has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be back. Nor will I recommend your dealership to other. More
