I came in with a problem with my steering wheel and suspension. I gave the parts department my name and contact information to be pulled in their nationwide system. $150 just to put my jeep on the ja suspension. I gave the parts department my name and contact information to be pulled in their nationwide system. $150 just to put my jeep on the jack to have a look! Didn't tell me that parts needed were on a recall list and did not note that I bought max care insurance with my jeep and gave me an estimate for full cost of parts and labor. Buying the car was enjoyable. My salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly-as was everyone there. I have 2 issues. The car smelled a little like smoke so I asked him about it, he said he did not smell anything. After I got it home the smoke smell got stronger and stronger. So I took it in to a dealer to run a machine on it and that helped. But honestly Bird, my salesperson, should have known if it was a smokers car and been honest. Second thing- less than one week after my purchase one of my tires blew. As suggested by the tire place, I left a voicemail and texted Bird. He always responded within seconds when I was looking to buy the car, now-no reply. I also left a message at "the front desk" for him to call me. Not a call, not a text, nothing. So as usual, happy with the sale but not happy that he/they were not willing to help afterwards. Text and voicemail to Bird was on 3/18. (as well as message with a live person) today is 4/25. 3 stars for before and at the sale, minus 2 for no help after the sale. More
