Took too xxxx long for the services I got. Also, I had requested a realignment because my car had a pull to the right but after seeing the before and after, there was no actual need for the realignment. I should have been told it wasn’t necessary and not charged. I’ll stick to Dayton for all my tire and alignment needs from now on and will only come to y’all if it cannot be avoided.
