Took 11 business days to complete service after part arrived at day four. Pushed completion date back three times. No loaner vehicle offered for family of five. Had audacity to final invoice 6% over the arrived at day four. Pushed completion date back three times. No loaner vehicle offered for family of five. Had audacity to final invoice 6% over the out-the-door agreement price BEFORE parts were ordered. Not to mention they “strongly encouraged” two fluid services ($400) that were done within 30k miles previously (agent changed his tune when I requested he check the vehicle service record). Zero attempt to rectify/address issues with discount or apology when confronted with any of five things. I guess this is what goes for acceptable business practice for Ed Morse Freedom in Sherman. Crooks. I will take my business to the metroplex. More
