I had my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in for some warranty work. These guy’s especially Micah was top notch. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck. Had to wait a little longer than I wanted to but no fault of the dealership. I got my truck back and after a day or two I realized that a couple of things were missing. I called and there was no questions and the two parts that were missing were ordered. Haven’t got them yet but it was a no hassle, no questions ask encounter. I will definitely be using them again when needed and would recommend these guys for any and all your service needs. More

The service department at Freedom has been hit or miss for the last ten years. After a simple oil change today and the "multi-point" inspection, I decided to check the filter myself when I got home after for the last ten years. If a simple cabin filter was not checked, it only leaves me to wonder what other short cuts were taken. I did not deal with Chris Landino personally but he is the service manager here. More
I’ve waited on posting this review in hopes that this particular Freedom by Ed Morse would carry through with its promises. I am rating two stars based on price and value of my trades. The customer service and their word on the other hand has taken the other three. My business started on 5/28/2022 when I found a 2021 Ram 1500 in a certain color and package I wanted. I contacted this dealership by email and text and spoke with a person named Jacob. He helped me digitally get some appraisals for two vehicles as trade. I told them I would be wanting to use both vehicles and bring cash for a down payment. Jacob told me the truck I was shopping for was in stock. I told them I was 120 miles away. That me and the wife would have to drop our son at a sitter, and then drive separately up there. I stressed that I did not want to get up there and they already sold the truck. I was told that they would get the truck ready for me and had salesman “Bird” waiting for me. Upon arrival I met with Bird, he quickly explained he did not want me to think it was a bait and switch routine and explained there was some confusion on the truck and it was actually in Oklahoma and had been sold. However, they had a similar model one year older, higher package, less mileage and would treat me right on the trades and deal. We entertained this and actually liked the vehicle he showed us. I believe the price of the truck was good, and the appraisals they gave me on my two paid off trades was more than fair. However, on the bed of the truck was a minor dent and scrap. I asked if they would give me a repair credit or help me get this fixed. I was told that would not be a issue at all. We agreed to purchase this vehicle and completed the paperwork. After it was said and done we realized they failed to credit us for the repair. Bird told me that they would make it right and even meet me half way one day to give us a loaner truck so he could take it back to their shop for the repair. That fell through and he had forgotten. I’ve hit him up a few more times and every time he told me they would get it fixed. I was told when I came to pick up the plates, we would work it out. The plates arrived in the mail and I texted Bird and have not received a response. It seems they just want to blow me off on this issue at this point. As for the financing, we went through their finance manager. Originally we purchased their third party warranty. After my own research I found I wasn’t comfortable with that policy. I personally wanted a true Mopar warranty. Cancelling the extended warranty took some follow through on my point but it was rectified. I was able to purchase a top of the line Mopar policy for 1800 less than what the 3rd party warranty was purchased for. Anyhow, my biggest aggravation here is the lack of communication since I came so far away to purchase from them. How I have essentially been blown off on getting this minor dent they told me would be fixed and made right, and taken care of. They even have a dealership much closer I could go to for the repairs, but they insisted on me coming back there to ensure its done right. At the end of the day, my cash price purchase with this dealership was just over $60K. Once the deal was done, I guess my relationship with them was done too. I did like working with Bird, so I don’t know if it’s him where the break down on getting this fixed is, or if it’s his bosses. If you are shopping this place from a distance, I cannot recommend them right now. More
I had my car in for a check before a long trip and they said it was good to go. Upon my return I noticed that it was several 1000 miles over the oil change and I was having coolant issues with it.
