Dissatisfied would be an understatement. I have been trying to get my car fixed for over a year. The first several calls I was told “we will get that part ordered” only to never receive a call that the trying to get my car fixed for over a year. Then, I would call back to find out what was taking so long and they would give me the runaround that it was on back order, sent it back because it was there too long, or multiple other excuses. Here we are now, I called over 2 months ago and the part has come in. However, they have no spare rental cars to put me in (my warranty covers it) so my car is still just sitting. Will definitely be looking into other jeep dealerships. To add, my car is a 2017 Jeep Renegade Sport and has had nothing but problems since I bought it new More

Beware! I took my 2018 Fiat Spider in for an oil change and warranty work. Not only did they put 9 miles on the car, they also charged me for 6 quarts of oil when it only holds 4!
