Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC - Service Center

Bought my 2012 Chevy cruze new I have had it exactly 6 months and also took it in last month for a safety recall, something to do with oil leakage. Yesterday was driving and had smoke coming from under th months and also took it in last month for a safety recall, something to do with oil leakage. Yesterday was driving and had smoke coming from under the hood, immediately called service dept at dealer ship, they asked if I could bring it in so my husband took it in today the put it up in the air and said they didn't see anything, so the manager said he would put me in something else, only to find out my payment would be much higher after telling them I wanted it around the same as my current one. They want to give me 7,000 less than what I paid for it, as well as another down pmt so we are looking about 11,000 outta pocket to get into another vehicle which is unacceptable. So I contacted GM and they are working with me to either fix my car or put me in another one, so disappointed in Freedom that all they are worried about is taking money out of someone else's pocket to put in theirs. I pray my car doesn't catch fire because I will own me a dealership. More

Took my daughter's car in to have a Window Regulator put in,got the car back with the front fender unscrewed,you can see the ground by the headlight because it is out of sync and the light has a lot of cond in,got the car back with the front fender unscrewed,you can see the ground by the headlight because it is out of sync and the light has a lot of condensation built up in it. We were told nobody was under the hood at all, we just worked on the door.They called her Father and told him that the Brake Fluid needed to be flushed(but nobody was under the hood huh.) We checked the car again and what did we find?? A NAPA screwdriver and a PALL MALL cigarette butt stuck in a hole UNDER THE HOOD!!!!I can't wait to hear the explanation of this!!! Rude people!!!! Literally told us it's best yall leave cause I ain't doing nothing about it, he tried to flip it on us as if we did it.. More

Very Poor service , wanted to fix and sell parts not even needed at an elivated cost on parts and labor, when i didnt give in to thier scam they gave me a hard time on the warranty repair needed that i came needed at an elivated cost on parts and labor, when i didnt give in to thier scam they gave me a hard time on the warranty repair needed that i came in for, and charged me $98.00 for a diognostic check even though i told them what was wrong and what i needed. I guess they will find a way to get your money even if its warranty work that you need,, my car runs great now and my engine light went off even though i declined the $ 1030.00 worth of work they wanted to take from me for unneeded parts and labor... Never going back there, cant understand how they can sleep at night... More
