Have had 3 bad experiences with this dealership. One during oil change, they put oil filter on so tight had to destroy it to get it off. Second and third was lied to both times about wait times. Danny is solid. Stuck behind a 1970's style management driven "rip the customer off" mentality. Must buy $2500 bed cover and pixie drippings to coat all vehicles. Not sure what has happened here maybe new change of management but they have fallen off a cliff, caution avoid their service department. I took my truck in because the check engine light was on, it wa management but they have fallen off a cliff, caution avoid their service department. I took my truck in because the check engine light was on, it was also time to get my oil changed and other regular matinee done. After a week or so they finally called me to let me know my car was ready to go. Once i got the car back back i realized they didn’t do anything else that i requested. So just talking to them you quickly see they have zero management handling things up there now. So i went to the next dealer and got to see all the things that was missed by them not doing a proper job. If can go to anther dealership this one used to be good but it no longer is More

keep looking this place is a bad idea! I recently purchased a new truck from this dealership and after driving it for a few days and having multiple issues with the onstar system i decided I recently purchased a new truck from this dealership and after driving it for a few days and having multiple issues with the onstar system i decided that i made a bad decision, I called the dealership to try and get my old truck back but was advised that it was too late. It has been a week today and my onstar still doesnt work the salesman said that he would take care of the issue for me after multiple attempts on my end with onstar have failed. I still havent heard from him or onstar, poor customer service they were very eager to sell me the truck but left me out to dry after the purchase. If you want a great experience purchasing a new vehicle steer clear of this dealership. More
