I still am waiting for someone that isn't rude to fix these issues! Today (2/5/14) I asked to have my regular oil change done and asked for tire rotation ($19.95) and when I came on my lunch break, the car didn't look like it was washed as told by employees it should be any time its brought in for service/warrenty stuff and I asked about it and got the answer of "If you want the bugs off and more detailed, then you have to pay for it" I chuckled and then went to the sales building to talk to "Sergio" whom sent me email after my first review.... cause he said he would call me back and didn't.. so wanted to address it kindly.... .......I went in, asked for Sergio and the lady called him and was told to tell me he was "busy" and to page Angel. Someone but Angel walked up and said Angel wasn't here. (How can you be higher up and not know what employees are working what day??) I said I didn't want to speak with him as he was not whom I asked for. Kindly asked the front desk to take my number and have Sergio call me when he wasn't "Busy" but then the guy was told to bring me up there. How convenient eh? Then the Service Manager quietly walked up behind me cause he was told I came to complain about the wash they did on car.. though it originally wasn't, but if they are going to assume more than they should, I will say something. Then brought up the dent issue from when I purchased car....that yet to be fully taken care of and was told "nothing they will do to fix the dent and that was there when purchased cause its not fully visible to a normal person walking by it." Really?? Anyone that questions me on the car, I will give my input and then will advise them to go else where as I will never buy a new car again .. or at least from here!! **********WARNING IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE A KEY FROM THEM********* *********************YOU WILL BE LEFT GOING IN CIRCLES********************

Wow..NEVER again!! Ill drive 30+ miles to another Kia dealership. Rude, slow and unprofessional. Im disgusted! Who curses in front of children..really? I guess they'll hire ANYbody. More
