He was honest, sincere, professional and patient when I was making my selection. While I was waiting to finalize the financial paperwork and maintenance expectations, he periodically checked on me to see if there was anything I needed as I waited. At the end of the day, Sam helped me clear out my trade in-in order to enable me to drive off in my new 2016 KIA SORENTO. It was a pleasant experience and all of his collegues were kind and professional as well. I highly recommend that you give Freddy KIA a chance to put you in your next automobile!!
