He was honest, sincere, professional and patient when I was making my selection. While I was waiting to finalize the financial paperwork and maintenance expectations, he periodically checked on me to see if there was anything I needed as I waited. At the end of the day, Sam helped me clear out my trade in-in order to enable me to drive off in my new 2016 KIA SORENTO. It was a pleasant experience and all of his collegues were kind and professional as well. I highly recommend that you give Freddy KIA a chance to put you in your next automobile!! Lying about vehicles I found a car online that we were interested in at a great price. They basically lied to me about their mistake instead of owning up to their mistake. hard to get information on the car, hard to get someone on the phone - just difficult to woirk with and I would not trust them.
