I worked with them two different times throughout the day. The test drive went well. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle, they added a $4,000 non-negotiable protection package. This package is no day. The test drive went well. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle, they added a $4,000 non-negotiable protection package. This package is not listed on their website and they did not mention it until I was ready to purchase the vehicle. They told me that their internet pricing was purposefully listed below book value and they needed to include the package to make money. Completely wasted my time.
