He admitted to me that she he knew to the dealership, but I would never have guessed it given his proficiency and the quality of the service I was given. And Mr.Green from their finance team was very patient with me in explaining every option for my financing and just as incredible. The only suggestion I would make is when I found out they replaced my trunk latch with a recall, I already brought the car in a year earlier and paid for a replacement latch in Dec 2022 , I know they have a replaced my trunk latch with a recall, I already brought the car in a year earlier and paid for a replacement latch in Dec 2022 , I know they have a record of this all I ask is that they would have been so kind as to simply look it up in their system under my vehicle and give me the receipt showing I paid for the latch under a recall! More
