Can't say enough about Freds Executive! They made this single mother who has only bought one other car in her life very comfortable through the entire process. Ksim made lots of promises (which made me nervous at first), but he delivered on ALL of them. Customer service is excellent from Maggie who test drove with me and offered me fruit and water, to Dean who made me comfortable while signing my life away with one-liners he probably says 17 times a day (no, I won't make my check out to you), to Tom who patiently waited for me to get back to him with the information he needed. Not to mention the incredible detail job on the Honda Pilot I passed on to my daughter! I didn't recognize it! I love love love my new Audi Q5 and feel like I'm part of the family at Freds.
