I was driving by Fred's Select Auto on February 12, 2011, I saw on CLS 550 Mercedes Benz that caught my eye. I stopped inside the office to inquiry about this vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Tony was the salesman that assisted me. He asked me if I wanted to take the car for a test drive, in which I agreed. Tony and I took the car for a spin. He explained to me all of the features that the vehicle offered. He was very patient with me, while I asked question, after question, after question. Upon arriving back to the office, Tony told me the different financing options that were available to me. Again, this young man was very cordial, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I told him I would check with my credit union on rates, he quickly reply we may can match or beat your credit union rates. I told him I would get back to him. Tony was very proactive about following up with me on my interest in the CLS. He told me to stop by on my way home from work. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting to greet me with a big smile. This young man was prompt, organized and very accomodating. He helped me fill out my paperwork. This gentleman made me feel like I was buying a brand new Mercedes Benz from the Mercedes dealership. He went above and beyond the call of duty! Once I purchased the car, he gave me a ride to my residence to drop my truck and car off. I had to bring the car back to get the window repaired. Tony was vary caring and honest with me. When I called to schedule the appointment, he immediately returned my call. Once my car was ready to be picked up, Tony dropped the car off to my house and told me if I needed anything else, please do not hestiate to call him. I have purchased alot of vehicles in my lifetime, however, I have never seen a salesman as courteous, honest,caring and display the integrity that Tony showed. I truly felt like he cared about me being happy with this vehicle, more than just trying to make a sale!!!II am going to recommend this dealership to my colleagues for their automobile purchases, and I will definitely recommend Tony as the salesperson to assist them!!! Tony made me feel like I was a member of his family, and not just a stranger/customer shopping for a new automobile. Way to go Tony !!!! I have done business with this dealership in the past and they continue to have consistently great competitive prices and customer service. My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles over the years from Qasi they continue to have consistently great competitive prices and customer service. For example, I have owned a 2001 Honda Accord that I purchased 4 years ago from this dealership and it has been excellent. No major problems whatsoever. The price was very reasonable, Qasim was very patient while I shopped around, and when I was ready to make my purchase the transaction was very smooth. After all the snow we experienced last winter in this region, I really wanted a vehicle with 4WD. After looking around at other dealerships, I came back to this dealership to see what inventory they had for small luxury SUVs. I heard about this dealer threw my dad. This was my first time buying a car and i tell you this was the best experience i had. I saw a truck that i wanted and he pretty much gave me the truck. But when i wen time buying a car and i tell you this was the best experience i had. I saw a truck that i wanted and he pretty much gave me the truck. But when i went to go get it he had sold it for more than what he was going to give it to me for. He told me that he would find a better truck for me. 6 days after he told me he would find me a truck he did and it was the top of the line model from what i wanted, i could be any happier with this dealer. I was so happy with him , that the same day i got my truck i had my friend went to talk to him about another truck and i am happy to say with both drove home in our new truck. Anyone that i know that is tryin to get a new or used car i will forever send them to this dealer.
