This dealer will be my one and only dealership that I will buy a car from. I've even had family member travel across state to get a car from FREDS. More
A Shame I Didn't Ask Enough Questions I got told "garage kept, pristine, not a mark on the vehicle, clean title over the phone." Wife asked what was wrong with the navigation when on the l I got told "garage kept, pristine, not a mark on the vehicle, clean title over the phone." Wife asked what was wrong with the navigation when on the lot and told "we can look into it" or " take it to Mercedes Benz because everything is under warranty" ( turned out paperwork time car didn't have navigation). Rather then say "we have other cars on the lot that do have navigation" they let us leave and said "thanks for coming". Later that night they agreed to throw in the navigation module the car was missing to make it right and I felt like a great valued customer. Feeling didn't last. Only to find out when running the VIN Report in AUTOCHECK shows Fred's bought this vehicle 2 weeks ago with disclosed frame damage from a very massive front end collision at auction. I am not saying I was misled about the status of the vehicle. But it took a lot of questions to get to the bottom of what should have been stated upfront. Nice people, treated me great but lacking some integrity and leadership at the dealership. A shame because I had only heard great things. More

They put me in a vehicle that is affordable and is helping me to build my credit again, (as long as I pay my payments on time). Where can you go today and find a business that takes care of the customer like family. I came as a stranger and left like family. I didn't end up purchasing the car from Fred's (funny twist of events with my husband's coworker wanting to downsize), but they were just as kind and caring after I broke the news. He worked hard to ensure I got in the vehicle my wife and I wanted. We purchased a 2011 Range Rover with Luxury Package. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about the options and answered every question we had. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at any time during the process which I really appreciated. My wife and I looked at over 7 vehicles before deciding on the Range Rover and besides the quality of the vehicle, the customer service was the deciding factor. We worked with David Sellers as the Finance Manger and he was fair with the price, gave us top dollar for our trade in and worked to ensure our experience was pleasant. We will definitely visit this dealership again if we decide to purchase another Vehicle and highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in customer service and quality. More
All liars and Con Men I called Fred's Executive Auto, and ultimately had to speak or deal with 5 people including the owner. I asked all the appropriate questions over the phone about the vehicle that I was interested in buying. This included multiple inquiries about an up to date Carfax. I had asked many questions because my round trip drive was 360 miles. Because I had an uneasy feeling with all the personnel I had planned on taking the car to a Mercedes Benz dealer before I purchased it, so after I looked and drove the car I took it to the dealer. I waited 3 hours for a Pre-Purchase Inspection to be conducted that cost $270, and the car received a clean bill of health. When I returned to Fred's I had requested to look at the title and the updated Carfax ,however they gave me some lame excuses , so while I was down there late in the day after the dealer inspection, and my return to Fred's I pulled up the Carfax. Coincidentally sometime during that day the report had been update, it had been reported with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, which they knew all along. Needless to say, I walked out without the car, now to add insult to injury they evidently were able to obtain the Mercedes Benz Inspection report that I paid for under my name as the customer from the dealer ( which they have no right to the report) , and they are using it on the web posting for the vehicle to market the car. STAY AWAY!!!!!! More

The finance person David was very friendly and easy to work with; I would recommend him to everyone! Deen made the paperwork whole process very simple and stress-free. The manager, Ksim, checked in with me several times to ensure I had 100% satisfaction. From step one to driving off the lot…the whole team really works together like family, including the lot attendants. I work in marketing and understand the sales environment and I am VERY particular when it comes to making purchases and getting the best deal. I can genuinely say I do not have one single complaint about any part of my experience, thank you Lia and Deen! I would recommend to my family, friends and anyone without hesitation to purchase from Fred’s Executive. I have never written a recommendation for any purchase but I really feel compelled to because of the high level of customer service I received. More

You guys have definitely set a new standard when it comes to buying a used car. I saved over $15,000 buying from your company over a big name dealership, for the same exact car. I recommend everyone who has low income especially students who can afford middle range car to visit this dealership. And overall my experience was great. More
