Logan n In my search for the Mercedes Benz S550, I was fortunate enough to get in contact with Logan, sales representative of Fred's Executive Auto's. Logan not only portrayed immense hospitality but was also very accommodating in every aspect required to fulfill my needs. Once I arrived at Fred's, I was immediately greeted by all the staff in the most genuinely welcoming manner. I haven't received such astounding service in over 10 years! I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, though THIS experience is incomparable to any other. I can honestly say that this has unquestionably been the best encounter I've had with any car dealership I've dealt with. I would highly recommend FRED'S EXECUTIVE AUTO to any individuals who favor unbeatable deals on high-end vehicles, or just to experience the atmosphere of sincere, loving, kind human beings! More

(1) the tires would not pass inspection due to lack of sufficient tread and have to be replaced. (2) the rear shocks are shot and have to be replaced (3) the bib that goes under the front the car/engine compartment is completely missing exposing the engine compartment to all of the road debris....not sure how much that will cost yet (waiting for a quote). In short, these are things Fred's Executive Auto either knew about, didn't disclose to me, and tried to cover them up (dishonest) or it is something their inspectors completely missed (incompetent). Would not recommend. Not a good price after taking into account all of these additional costs in order to get it past inspection. More

On Friday 7-24-15 at 4:30pm, I called the dealership to inquire about the vehicle. I spoke to Nas who answered my questions and gave me a description of the vehicle. It seemed to meet all of my criteria so I told Nas that I would be coming into town to look at the vehicle at 12:00 noon, the next day, Saturday. He said that he would have the car prepped and ready for us upon our arrival. I also gave Nas my phone number. Saturday morning, my wife and I drove 4 hours and 250 miles from Pittsburgh, PA to check out the car and potentially purchase it. We arrived at 12:00 as planned and, upon our arrival, Nas told us that he was in a "predicament." They sold the car Friday night. I asked why I had not been contacted upon the car's sale and Nas said that he got too busy and forgot to call me. He told me he had another Range Rover Sport that was "identical," when in fact it had twice the mileage and did not have the LUX package that I required. It also had an accident on the CarFax and the bait car was a accident-free one owner. I was fuming at this point but agreed to at least look at the vehicle since I had just driven 4.5 hours to get there. First, the car was filthy. It looked as if they had taken possession of the car, sprayed tire shine on it, and stuck it on the lot. Upon closer inspection, it appeared that the car had been flooded at some point. I first noticed salt residue in the rear cargo area, spare tire storage area and under the 2nd row seat when I folded them up. Then I noticed rusty hardware under the seats. No 4 year old vehicle should have rust on the inside unless it has been submerged at some point. The CarFax did not reflect any sort of flood damage but this should be obvious to any dealer purchasing agent. I was done with Fred's at this point and had lost any remaining hope that they were an honest dealer. My biggest beef with Fred's is that I did not receive a call that the vehicle that I had made an appointment to see, had been sold. I would not expect them to hold the vehicle for me if they have a buyer on the lot, but I would expect a phone call notifying me of the sale. I'm not even worried about the $100 I spent in gas and tolls to get to the dealer, but spending 9 hours driving there and back home is what burns me up. Time is money and today I wasted a lot of time. Both Nas and another manager, Dean, apologized for the non-communication of the sale but I'm not really buying it. I feel like they put very appealing vehicles on their website to entice buyers to come to the lot and then the bait vehicle unfortunately "sold the night before." Then, they try to unload some other less desirable vehicle on you. Textbook bait and switch! And let's say Nas was telling the truth and the vehicle had actually sold Friday night, I would expect a phone call notifying me of its sale so I don't waste my time driving to see a vehicle that is no longer for sale. Any reputable dealership should have a process in place to prevent what happened to me and my wife. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, especially out-of-town buyers. ps- I forgot to mention, when sitting in the sales office, there was a loose bird flying around inside. It didn't seem to alarm any of the sales staff so I am guessing it was a pet? Not very professional in my opinion. More

Great Buying Experience I am SO happy we decided to stop by Fred's! I flew up from Atlanta (my mother lives in Maryland and was doing the financing for me) and we drove all I am SO happy we decided to stop by Fred's! I knew exactly what I wanted so I only went to places that had that particular vehicle. Fred's was the last place on our list (only because of location), before I made a decision. From the moment we stepped on the lot we were impressed with the service. The sales people, the finance manager, even the guy who details the cars, EVERYONE was friendly! The car was perfect; Perfect price, Perfect features, Perfect color! I told them what I wanted to pay monthly and although it took some work on their part, they made it happen! I drove back up a month later and we stopped by the dealership to pick up my tag. While we were there they cleaned the car for me and I told them about my blinker that went out (Mercedes wants over $300 to replace it) and they are taking care of that for me as well. Now where else can you get that kind of service? My family has purchased many luxury vehicles over the years and this is by far our best experience. I would recommend anyone go to this dealership! My mother will be in the market for a vehicle for herself soon and her first and only stop will be Fred's! More

It was a very smooth process, all because of the amazing staff. They really made my day! Ali and David worked tirelessly with my credit to make sure I was able to drive off with the car that same day, and I did. All the employees work very hard to help out and make sure you have a great experience there. Their service is very efficient and the staff is very friendly and treats every customer like a friend. The day after, my friend and parents went to go get a car from them also and they were beyond impressed! I'm so glad to have found this place. Jeanette sold us the truck we wanted and was very knowledgeable and professional through the purchase, I would recommend her 100%!! David the finance guy gave us the best rates and payments available, he also is very knowledgeable and professional. I had one small issue with the truck but the entire staff went above and beyond to making an easy fix. I was giving a new car as a loaner which kept me completely satisfied. They are very professional and have outstanding customer service. I recommend this business to anyone buying their next car. More
