I just so happen to be searching for a car for Listen, buying a car is never easy, especially for a car that is rarely available at a used dealership. I just so happen to be searching for a car for my boyfriend and have been unsuccessfu due to the cars being sold quickly. I was on Truecar and seen a 2015 Dodge Challenger. I got my truecar certificate and within 1 hour I had Lia contact me asking when I could view the vehicle. Good thing their office closes at 8pm. My boyfriend and I arrived a little after 6 and I had him go outside and look at the car and he went on for a test drive. I worked with Lia on the financing and the other team members. I was approved on the spot but didnt want to take the car that day as it was a surprise for my boyfriend. They helped me keep him outside while I signed the paperwork. We had to tell him I was denied so our plan would work and have hime think he wasnt getting a car. Since it was going to be a birthday present they promised me a cake and a big bow on the car when I came to pick up the car. On Saturday as promised we surprised him with a cake and the car. The red bow wouldve been nice but everything came out just perfect. Fred's is company that has family roots. They treated us as such and it was a great experience from beginning to end. I know believe we have a long lasting relationship and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff was so friendly and funny. We were not pressured to buy anything. It was a true car buying experience. More
