It was a very gentle introduction and I wasn’t being rushed at all like you might find at other dealerships. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping me pick up a vehicle that suits my lifestyle needs. She is friendly and patient in the whole process, and explicitly explains all the fees /taxes that may apply. She knew when I looked at the car I wasn’t to thrilled. But she wasn’t giving up that easily. She listened to me and heard what my concerns were about the vehicle and said she will get her manager to take a look at it and see what we can do to fix. Surprisingly her and Tony the manager said that they would take care of all the concerns I had. Which left us surprised, because most dealerships only want to know how much is in our bank but not them! They care about their customers. 100% will return for future purchases from her. I was in need of a car and used USAA’s car buying which brought me to Fred’s! Everyone here was professional and very nice and you can tell they genuinely care. They were completely up front about the entire process and made this process quick and easy! They honor our country by serving our military and honored me as an educator with extra help on the car price! I generally don’t like to go to dealerships or buy cars but these folks treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door. The inside of the building is very nice and modern with lots of places to sit. The cars are VERY clean and well kept.
