I definitely wasn't planning on buying another car right now and honestly, had no clue what wanted or where to start looking. I began my search local at Fredericktown Chevrolet dealership because my Aunt had bought her car there a while ago & was very happy with the way she was treated and the quality of vehicle she got a great price. I also looked at other local car dealerships and online sites like Truecar & CarMax but I couldn't find the right car for me. One night right at closing I went driving back through the Fredericktown Chevrolet dealership because they had a better selection of vehicles than I had seen on any of the 14+ other sites I had been on. I was looking around at vehicles and Tyler Ohl who was on his way home for the day stopped to talk to me about what it was I was looking for. He treated me like the first customer of the day and the last one who came at closing. When I told him I was just really looking at the moment, he went back into the showroom and got his card in case I had any questions. No pressure. Just simple friendly service. I received a follow up text message from Casey after inquired about 2 vehicles on the website when I got home. I actually had found the vehicle I wanted with all the extras I had hoped for & set up a test drive through Casey working with Tyler. When I arrived, Tyler was finishing up with a client but another colleague, Jason Seitz, helped me until Tyler was free. The crazy thing was that Jason helped me just as much as Tyler and they worked together like a team & not competition. It was a very refreshing, peaceful, & painless experience. Both gentleman answered all my questions and eased my mind of all my "what-ifs." I never once felt like I was talked down to or silly for asking so many questions. Mike Fawcett spent time explaining all my paperwork to me and helping make some important choices on my financing. In a month I already have a quick follow-up appointment to check my vehicle over & make sure everything is still running as it should. It is a standard service they offer that they call the Penny Pitstop. Actual service after the sale and it's free. Amazing! As a single, full-time working mom of a soon-to-be teenaged driver, I have peace of mind with my vehicle purchase on many levels. I feel calmness, pleased & safe with my car buying experience. It was a quick experience but it didn't feel rushed, stressful, or scary. I was treated with superstar treatment. Plus, I was able to buy locally for less for the same vehicle I would have paid a whole lot more for out-of-town. I brought Miss Scarlett home today! AMAZING BUYER EXPERIENCE This is the first time I have bought a car from a dealer. This place couldn’t have made my experience any better! Even my family was impressed with the professionalism and ease!!!! To start everything off Casey was my first point of contact and was AMAZING! She and I had everything set for a test drive, estimated trade in info, financing and more done in just a few hours! I was even at work when trying to proceed with everything, and not once was it inconvenient or stressful! Then I get there and Jim Jarvis was the sweetest funniest person I could have asked to help me! He took me on my test drive, continued to make me feel like we have known each other for years! We discussed our family and pets, he has the CUTEST grandson you can tell he is incredibly proud of! Now the finance time has come and Robin is there to help me out. No bull, no empty promises, she even helped me find a lower APR!
