After purchasing the vehicle their salesman Jay as well as the owner Peter promised to mail the title, and the registration overnight. After waiting a couple weeks i called, and was told they had the title/registration; their overnight it asap. However the paperwork never came in, after calling again Jay claimed they have lost the paperwork. Peter promised another title, and registration the following week, and still have received nothing. It has been past 30 days full of excuses. After reading online other people have had similar experience stay clear of this dealership! More

He was extremely detail-oriented in explaining any questions I had about the car and after a test drive, I purchased the car without hesitation. This was a very comfortable buying experience and I felt no pressure from the sales team. Pascack Auto Exchange has a great inventory; each car is in really good condition and reasonably priced. I brought it to a Mercedes dealer for its scheduled service and was told its in great shape and rare at that. I love it. It's so fun to drive; handles like a dream. whenI went to pick up my plates I was reminded that they owed me a detailing (it was raining the day I picked it up) and a repair to a tear in the back of the rear seats. the guys at Pascack Auto Exchange we very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a reasonably priced used car. More
