Brittany lacks any sort of communication skills. While my car was in the possession of the dealership, my windshield was damaged. No one relayed that information. When I called to follow up on why my windshi car was in the possession of the dealership, my windshield was damaged. No one relayed that information. When I called to follow up on why my windshield was different I was met with lots of circles as to what happened. Brittany would not acknowledge her lack of communication. “unfortunately” seems to be her favorite word. 0/10. To not acknowledge my issue or give me any details — wow. Just wow. More

It was my first time visiting Fred Martin and right off the bat, the front desk rep was super nice, Jeff was attentive and my overall experience was great! I visited three dealerships to get my car apprai the bat, the front desk rep was super nice, Jeff was attentive and my overall experience was great! I visited three dealerships to get my car appraised and liked Jeff's style best, so I was happy to set up a follow-up meeting with my husband. He quickly and thoroughly answers our questions, briefly touched on other options without making us feel pressured and kept in touch through my preferred way of communication (texting) from start to finish. My husband and I look forward to working with him again! More
