Drove into the service lane for checking in and waited for more than 15 minutes. Then stood next to a service desk another couple minutes to get waited on. Had an appointment for 8am Thursday and was for more than 15 minutes. Then stood next to a service desk another couple minutes to get waited on. First oil change and tailgate latch adjustment was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. What would you give for a rating. More

Was given one price and charged another. I was up front and honest about what I had and what it needed. I was given a price and a time for it to be done they raised the price and took 7 days to do a simple and honest about what I had and what it needed.
