I'd been having an intermittent issue with my Jeep and the dealership was able to work my vehicle in very quickly. Shady xxxx, was asked if I wanted a mopar air filter it’s just ten dollars more than the regular ones. Watched the guy pull mine out ,spread it apart,call out to the manager kid that it was fine. Two minutes later oil change is done. Manager comes over and says that’ll be ten whatever dollars,oh and I threw in a free car wash. The car wash is always free. What a little scammer lol. This dealership tells you as you drive 8 feet into the service bay you need a front end alignment and they show you a hokey sheet that portends to show your wheels are about to fall off. After getting the part I needed, I drove to my regular honest mechanic who put my car up on a lift and checked my alignment. = 1 degree off perfect, which is within normal allgnment parameters. If you don’t like being taken advantage of, find a reputable mechanic here in Summit County. More
