They told me they had a specific vehicle, and it was there, and they were looking at it, but when I arrived 35 minutes later, they said it was gone as of yesterday. We came to the dealership to look at a Jeep that we found out was sent to an employee’s niece. We settled on another Jeep but couldn’t make the price work. As we were working on details, an employee took our out was sent to an employee’s niece. We settled on another Jeep but couldn’t make the price work. As we were working on details, an employee took our vehicle out for a test drive which we were not notified of happening. Upon return of our vehicle, it was now pouring out brake fluid which was not happening prior to the employee driving it. I could not drive that car with broken brakes and the employee who drove it offered to call me a tow truck as help. No thanks. It wasn’t broken when I drove it to the dealership but was now broken after he drove it. I asked for the dealership to work with me on the Jeep we were interested in earlier because I absolutely could not drive my own vehicle anymore in the condition that it was returned in and now 100% needed a vehicle that day to even get home. We worked out a price and bought the Jeep. While driving our new vehicle to the service center, Mike Rutherford ran it into the service gate and scuffed up the roof. Two different service employees looked at it and said that it could not be buffed or washed out, but would need to be completely re-coated. I asked about a compromise for a complimentary key fob and running boards rather than re-coating the roof. I was comped a key fob. This dealership is unscrupulous and irresponsible. The employee who drove my vehicle and brought it back with broken brakes was argumentative and appalled that I would seemingly suggest that an employee could possibly have done anything to my car and suggested that it was more likely that my cars brakes just went out at that exact second. That might sound like a reasonable explanation, but after seeing an employee HIT my newly purchased vehicle into a gate and cause damage to it, it now seems highly plausible that the employees here are reckless. More
