I bought a used 2019 Ram 3500 from them in July last year. I drove from the Buffalo area, with an appointment, I waited for over an hour to see the finance dept, a few months later my batteries died, so year. I left messages but no one ever got back to me. $500 for 2 new batteries 4 months after I bought an $83k vehicle. I would not recommend or buy another vehicle from them. I should have just gotten back in my truck and left. More
