The managers try to push you into getting a vehicle that you don’t want. They sit there in your face and lie. Kelly, one of the newest sales person was nice in the beginning. When we weren’t talking what she wanted to hear, wow, she became so rude , so quick. I will never return or refer anyone else to Fred Martin. I then asked for the “Gift Card” that was supposed to be given. I was told no because the fine print stated that you had to sign up online first. I started online and ended up in the facility. What an overall horrible experience. Never again.
