We picked out a car and we’re told they would have it ready in five days. Also told we would be kept updated. No updates were given until I called and then it took hours, to be passed around to other peo ready in five days. Also told we would be kept updated. Once we got through that mess we did the paperwork and was told they just needed to gas it up and put the tags on it, 15-30 minutes. 3 hours later still waiting- they completely forgot we were there, even though they told us several times 15 minutes! Then the following day I received a phone call that we needed to come back to re-sign the paperwork because they put incorrect information on the contract ( we live an hour away). Overall not a great experience, not sure I can recommend your service More

Well first off finance was terrible, I had to wait 2 hours before it was my turn to complete my deal then after bickering back amd fourth my wife and I were starved amd they wouldn’t let me get my own t hours before it was my turn to complete my deal then after bickering back amd fourth my wife and I were starved amd they wouldn’t let me get my own truck keys back to go grab a bite to eat cause they were scared we wouldn’t come back after they tell me finance will be right with you then ends up being a 2 hour wait. I have a lease turn in coming up in may and we will not use Fred Martin again unfortunately More
