I just came to look at cars, interested in an upgrade, and I was welcomed by Joe B. There was no pressure at all, he was so helpful and knowledgeable, and made everything so unbelievably easy. Joe and his manager have the patience of saints and put up with all of my questions and concerns and just made everything make sense. I appreciated the relaxed feel and willingness to help with anything and everything. He even gave my pup his own sweater to rest on while we waited to finalize everything.
