This car was my first purchase sight unseen and I was NOT disappointed….by any stretch of the imagination. This 1993 XJS is a dream come true for me. I spent a year restoring my 1994 XJS before a drunk drove across my yard and totaled it……robbing me of the satisfaction of finishing the restoration. I feel that this car is my vindication…..my reward for the suffering I endured at the hands of a hit and run driver. It arrived on Thursday very dirty and after a bath we could really appreciate this beauty. This car will be cared for now as it was before I got it. We have put some 100 miles on it and I've had several local Jaguar mechanic friends (we also have a 1983 XJ-6 saloon) look it over and they are amazed at the condition. I keep waiting for something to go wrong, but thankfully, nothing has. Your capable service staff prepared the car well for the trip east and your detail staff gets the highest recommendation from me and others who have seen and driven the car. Thanks again for a car that was presented to me honestly and delivered with the best of care. It was truly a wonderful, albeit a little nerve-wracking, experience……one I’ll never forget. Where all other dealers had turned me down, or tried to inconsiderately push me into a car or loan that did not work for my budget, my salesperson took the time to make everything work for me. Gary went over my credit report with me, showed me where my weaknesses were, and what needed to change for the quickest possible recovery. It is clear that this dealership and its staff cares enough to help us avoid getting into the same situation that damaged our credit in the first place. I am fully satisfied! More

Sasha is a very sweet and soft spoken young man and he is very I purchased a 2016 T&C from Fred Martin Superstore for my mom and my dealer was Sasha. Sasha is a very sweet and soft spoken young man and he is very much the antithesis of the typical "high pressure" car salesman. Of course he wanted to sell me a spiffy new car (that IS his job, after all), but what I liked most about my transactions with Sasha was that I never felt pressured to purchase anything that I didn't want or anything that wasn't in line with the desires I had expressed about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had already "built" the T&C online at home so when I went into the dealership I already knew everything that I wanted. However, Sasha told me about a few options of which I wasn't aware and I greatly appreciated his salesmanship because he made upgrade recommendations that were totally consistent with the specifications I had already indicated. For example, I had stressed to him the importance of this vehicle being a classy, luxury car for my mom so, even though I had requested 2 of the 3 option packages for this T&C, he didn't even suggest adding the last package (a tow package) because he knew there was no way I would ever tow or allow anything to be towed with this elegant vehicle, even though that package would have added to my purchase price. I know people tend to have negative opinions about car salesmen and generally rank them a notch below ambulance chasing lawyers, however, Sasha is awesome. I truly feel as though I have made a friend in him because he has been extremely responsive and helpful with my questions (this was my first brand-spanking new vehicle purchase and there were some facets of a new car purchase about which I was kinda clueless) and I truly feel as though he cares about me and my complete satisfaction with my purchase. I feel that his genuineness extends beyond the "suck up to the customer so you can suck their wallet dry" mentality and I have never felt that Sasha's priority was to go after my mom's money. I wanted a vehicle, Sasha had what I wanted, and it was his desire to ensure not only that I paid a fair price for an absolutely beautiful vehicle and but also that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Sasha in your corner. He is absolutely phenomenal. :-) More
