Auto Armor application Was very easy to set up and the dealership was flexible working with my schedule to get me into a loaner car. Drove in, they unloaded the booster seat and items for my kids and put them into the loaner car for me. It was great. Reception desk out front gave the boys tokens for the car simulation ride and that made their day. Returning the rental and picking up my car was just as easy, drove in, got my keys and went to my car. More

WORST experience at a dealership Do you want to get pulled over by the cops for possession of a stolen vehicle after purchasing it? Do you want to resign papers selling you the SAME v Do you want to get pulled over by the cops for possession of a stolen vehicle after purchasing it? Do you want to resign papers selling you the SAME vehicle three times? Do you want to be lied to about what the dealership will check? Do you want to have your first experience buying a vehicle by yourself completely ruined because of arrogant individuals? Then I have got the perfect dealership for you: Check out Fred Martin Superstore. I went in looking to buy a RAM 1500, a vehicle I have dreamed of owning for years. I bought a used RAM and figured it would be good to build credit and eventually I can afford a brand new RAM. The truck I fell in love with had just come on the lot that day and did NOT undergo the 58 point inspection guaranteed by Fred Martin. I was promised when I brought it in to repair the damages I could see on the outline they would perform the 58 point inspection and make any repairs. Well, they refused when I brought it back stating I signed an As-Is Warranty and that they never would have made that promise. Well YOUR salesman did. Not only would they not repair the mechanical issue, the notes they took and wrote promising to fix on the truck were not done. The dent that was in my door by the handle is still on the handle after having my truck for a week. Thanks for doing nothing you said you would and for NOT keeping your promise. When I bought the truck they told me they would transfer the plates from my previous Galant vehicle. Well surprise, almost three weeks later I got pulled over for possession of a stolen vehicle because the plates were still registered to the Galant. Luckily, I caught a nice cop that listened to me and we worked it out without having my truck taken or being brought in to the station. When I called Fred Martin my paperwork had not even been sent down to get me a registration or title. Keep in mind this is three, 3, weeks later. Finally, I bought the truck and went home. Within the next few days I was getting harassed with phone calls. I needed to come in and resign papers. I needed to put $500 down because I was short on the loan, even though I stated I had nothing to put down and only had my car to use as a trade in. I was told different things from different employees about why I needed to give $500 and what it was being utilized for.. Fred Martin Superstore took one of the best days and made it HORRIBLE and the WORST experience I have ever had buying a car. They lost any business I will ever do, EVER!
