Misunderstanding I was in line it was busy so a guy was going and giving u a piece of paper filled out with your information on it b4 you actually pulled in for oil ch I was in line it was busy so a guy was going and giving u a piece of paper filled out with your information on it b4 you actually pulled in for oil change. I guess since that guy who was filling out the piece of paper wrong. I got charged for something that I knew nothing about and when I asked why I was being charged. I was told bc that’s what was on the piece of paper. I paid good money for my vehicle and paid a lot of extra money for all the warranty stuff. Just didn’t and don’t understand why I was charged for something extra that I didn’t ask for or need. Thanks for offering this place to put how I feel More
