Terrible liars It is a bad practice to tell the customer that if they get a complete repair they will need there car towed just to make more money. All I needed was a cylanoid and spark plug which was covered by warranty. But to make more money they told me I needed to pay for all spark plugs to be replaced I wanted to get the rest elsewhere. Then I was told I would need to tow it there. But drove in fred Martin. Later after paying I told by them I just needed one spark plug. More

Stay Away Like others have mentioned, Fred Martin Superstore will take every opportunity to scam you. We had a similar trade issue as seen below (extreme lowba Like others have mentioned, Fred Martin Superstore will take every opportunity to scam you. We had a similar trade issue as seen below (extreme lowball - not even on the KBB radar) for a well maintained 2015 loaded sedan. We were about to walk out, and they asked what they could do to earn our business, since other dealers in the area could do much better. We asked for them to throw in the Auto Armor. Salesman came back and said "done". Apparently, throwing it in meant charging us for it, because after 1.5 hours of telling them NO about their extended warranty, we finally caved and said yes just so we could get home to our kids and eat dinner. At that point, the paperwork was rushed, and we didn't notice that they snuck in the full price of the Auto Armor until we got home after an exhausting transaction (which should have taken 30 mins at any other dealer). Called them back, and they acted like they wanted to make it better, and even said "The check is in the mail..." for the past 42 days. However....we received no compensation, and lost thousands by not going to a more reputable dealership. More

Worst delarsip I have ever been to We spent 3 hours starting with one guy then getting shuffled to the so called sales manager that told us we had to go meet him at the building next do We spent 3 hours starting with one guy then getting shuffled to the so called sales manager that told us we had to go meet him at the building next door and then asking for everything but I first born before they would tell us a IDEA of a payment and did not tell us what the rate was for this payment then they wanted to steal our car at a more then rediculous value and only wanted to take $800 of there new vehicle, we then showed them that Klainer Jeep was giving us $4,000 more for our trade and $3,000 of there identical new vehicle, they then said sorry that’s all we can do, when they claim they will beat anyone’s deal it’s a flat out lie, they are into the ripping people off for as much as they can business, I will never go back to this place ever again and I will tell everyone I know to not go to this place., oh and the kicker of all this is they claim they give you a tablet for a test drive and the sales guy said I will go get this and never faves us anything!!!!! 2015 Grand Cherokee Cleanup I bought a used 2015 Grand Cherokee that needed some work prior to delivery. While the cosmetic repair work was well done, the car looks great, the at I bought a used 2015 Grand Cherokee that needed some work prior to delivery. While the cosmetic repair work was well done, the car looks great, the attention to detail was lacking. The body shop forgot to install six fasteners and neglected to reconnect the hood latch sensor, rendering the remote start non-functional. To their credit, they’re sending the fasteners, I live a distance away, and they promised follow up in the event other issues are uncovered. Otherwise, I love my new (to me) Jeep! More
