STAY AWAY I got a car here last month and noticed on the way home that there was a small crack in the windshield and the brakes were making noise so i called th I got a car here last month and noticed on the way home that there was a small crack in the windshield and the brakes were making noise so i called the next day and they said to keep the cost down they dident do anything to it now i was told that they just got the car in the day before as a trade in and did absolutely nothing to it not even an oil change before they sold it to me for 12000 dollars...REALLY to keep the cost down...not easy people to deal with and the salespeople really and unfriendly and have no interest in selling cars. STAY AWAY More

Car of my dreams I had been looking for 2 years for a used Durango Citadel. Went to other dealerships who wanted to tell me what I wanted. I even had a young man tell I had been looking for 2 years for a used Durango Citadel. Went to other dealerships who wanted to tell me what I wanted. I even had a young man tell me he hated me already because I said I was an English teacher..seriously? At Fred Martin I was listened to and found more than what I wanted. A new Durango Citadel! Lies and Unprofessional. I found the Jeep of my dreams at FM on 11/24/2018...It was a 2010 Wrangler(2 door) Mountain...Rag top..I love it! Huge tires and all jacked up:) They I found the Jeep of my dreams at FM on 11/24/2018...It was a 2010 Wrangler(2 door) Mountain...Rag top..I love it! Huge tires and all jacked up:) They told me to come in b/c I told them on the computer that I was interested in it..first they said it was sold , then called me the next day and said the guy bought a BMW instead...I said COOL! When I got there and test drove it around the block I did notice the shaking a little...its also a 6speed manual...after me and my wife came back to Michele(Sales Lady) she said it had a bent axel and bad brakes in the back, but they were going to fix it in 2 weeks for me...the jeep was also filthy on the inside and smelled like ciggs...She said after the paper work I can take it home...they washed it and didnt really wipe it down to good, but I was so excited to have this baby:) So I took it home...while on the freeway I noticed the shaking was very bad and very unsafe...actually it scared me...I called her(Michele) the next day and said that it shakes bad and the Parking Brake does Not work at all...so, she told me to bring it in(was mad) so I did...they gave me a rental(New) and I had it a couple days..I also noticed a hole in the roof and it was leaking water, I asked them to fix that as well...Too make a long story short and not to bore anyone, I had to take it back 4 times and they still havent fixed everything...the noise in 2nd gear...they told me I dont know how to drive it right..I am a 17 yr Class A Pro Driver:) They also like to yell that You Bought a USED CAR! Oh yea, I paid 20,000 for it too...These people are Huge Liars and after the sale they dont care about you at all:) I have inherited someone elses problems and FM could careless:) Basically they dont go over there used cars, they just act like they do:) Then when you find something they want you to use your insurance..I will NEVER buy a car from them again...Like I said, if your buying a used vehicle? BEWARE! More
